Really liked the ability to rent a storage unit online. You are emailed/texted an access code and an unopened lock is inside your unit immediately. Staff are very friendly and units are clean. Security system is excellent.
DeAnthony and his team deserve a huge thank you for their exceptional customer service. My wife and I recently moved and needed storage units. Initially, we faced some challenges because the transportation truck had limited space to unload our belongings. However, DeAnthony went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He ensured that we could still offload our items on time, even with the limited space. After finding a new home and after 7 months, they continue to make our transition as smooth as possible.
Saddam is amazing. He was able to come in when no one else was able to. No one was here for over an hour but he came in on his day off. Props to him for his commitment and dedication to customer service. He needs a bonus or raise for his efforts
