Had a bad experience with the movers. Was charged more than 3 times the quoted price due to lack of due diligence on the part of movers. Though I requesting a larger truck, they brought a smaller truck and in the middle of the move mentioned might need to make two trips, which tripled and cost and doubled the time required for the move. Though the move was completed eventually, it costed me more than three times and took a lot longer. The value for money is not acceptable.
They scuffed my furniture and damaged my couch. Movers took their time to do anything. Very slow. Even the drive from an old to a new location took them almost an hour when it’s 11 min drive (there was no traffic) …
I used Velazquez movers. I was quoted a price of $79 per person per hour and that I my move would require two people. Well moving day came. They were right on time, but there were three people. I was anxious to get them started, so I took them to my apartment and it took 3 and 1/2 hours to move my things from one apartment building to another within the same community. The gentlemen were very kind and careful with my things. There was no truck involved only dollies.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company! My daughter is in college in San Marcos and was moving from one apartment to another just 10 minutes away. Since I couldn’t be there in person, it was very important to find a company I could trust. I spoke with Hector, the owner, over the phone, and he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process, including the pricing for a two-person crew.
Thank you Mijael we are very happy to came and help you to you and your daughter if you need any small or big job in the future please let me know and we will be more the happy to help you again sincerely, … More
Excellent company. I’ve used them twice, both times needing help on short notice. They provided excellent service, including wrapping and care of expensive heavy items. Movers were always pleasant, ready to help and flexible. They even removed large draperies, televisions and mirrors from the walls. Very reasonable pricing and I highly recommend Velazquez Movers.
It is my pleasure to give 5 stars to this reliable moving company! I had an excellent moving experience with Velazquez Moving and highly recommend them. My first move was from my Oceanside home into storage . The team was on time, professional and very careful with my furniture and boxes. Six months later I hired Velazquez Moving to take everything out of storage in Vista and deliver it to my new home in Oregon. Their fee was reasonable for a long distance move.
I can’t recommend Velazquez Movers enough! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They offered a fantastic price compared to other moving companies, and the value for the money was incredible. The team was punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with care, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the move. What stood out most was their reliability everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition, just as promised.
Hi Steven, thank you for the amazing review! We appreciate your feedback.
