Worst experience of my life. Would not recommend, communication was horrendous!!!! We moved from WI to SC and it took them 4 days to get here and not to mention they were 6 hours late on move out day, and would ignore our phone calls and texts. If I could do it all again I would pay more and with a reputable company. I'm glad some people had wonderful experiences, but this was horrible.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! this was my first time moving and I was very skeptical on who to hire. I’m so happy I made the decision to go with 1st class moving414! The booking process was very quick and easy. The owner was very polite and made sure all of my family’s concerns were 1st priority. The movers were on time and very well mannered and professional. All wore company shirts!! Weren’t just some random guys off the street all of the movers had at least 2+ years of moving experience.
I'm not sure how I can adequately share all the goodness from Ren and his team, 1st Class moving, USA. Ren was referred to me by a friend for moving services. Ren and his team wrapped, packed and moved my belongings to my new house, they placed all the boxes in the appropriate rooms, made sure the floors, walls and doors in the old and new house were protected, unwrapped the larger items and did it all in under the time they had estimated for an extremely fair price.
Ren and his team did a great job of moving our household. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He actually came to our house to see what was going to be moved before providing an accurate estimate for the job. The crew was hardworking, efficient, polite, and very strong! Ren said he would take care of us and our belongings during the move and he certainly lived up to that promise! I would recommend 1st Class Moving for all moving needs. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
