Editing because we had some slight floor damage that we noticed post moving the day after and I wanted to submit a claim. They responded to my first few emails wanting images etc and then completely ghosted me. They say they have insurance so they should be able to handle this kind of thing. Disappointing because I did really like their service and how great of movers they were day of. Our moving team was amazing! They were super quick found the most efficient way to pack and unpack and park.

Unprofessional, rude, and careless. The movers arrived with a bad attitude and laughed in our faces multiple times while speaking another language. They showed zero respect for our belongings. Multiple items were treated with complete lack of care. They failed to secure our boxes, making our items unnecessarily dirty. One mover carelessly spilled my makeup on the floor and just threw it back into a box mixed with socks and random items. They also disassembled my couch but did not reassemble it.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. They dropped multiple already filled boxes spilling the contents. When we got to the destination the movers took all the wrapping and stuffed my trashcans so that the trash pickup cant even dump out the trash due to how much sticky plastic wrap was jammed into my cans. When they were bringing my couch into the new place they forgot the legs to my couch at my starting location as well.
Hello Josh, We are sorry that you feel this way about your experience. We would like to address several statements in your review because they do not accurately reflect the services provided. First, the photo you attached actually shows a large amount of used shrink wrap and protective materials.
The movers were great however, a lot of stuff broke. We had a record player that was smashed into the top to make it fit and it completely broke. Not to mention we only hired them for heavy lifting purposes. They front loaded our tongue of the 24 ft trailer we provided and because of that we had to switch moving vehicles and leave our travel trailer behind costing us an extra $1400 to hire a hot shot guy to tow it. I was completely frustrated and wish we would've had friends do the job.

Really surprised about the good reviews. I moved last week and the guys were somewhat fast but once we got to my new place they just threw everything on top of each other (I had bags not boxes) completely disregarding if they could break something. So after that I told them to put all of the bags on the floor so nothing is on top of each other. They threw one of my suitcases against a white wall and scratched it. One of my tables fell and I didn’t even get a “sorry” for it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 24 Seven Moving was absolutely incredible! Three movers came out, led by Logan, and they worked tirelessly for six straight hours moving our two-story, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. They handled everything with professionalism and care, including several extremely heavy mattresses and even a piano, which they moved flawlessly. What impressed me most was how efficiently they packed the truck. They utilized every inch of space from top to bottom while still keeping everything organized and protected.
Ganaa and Tumee were both great! Super efficient and fast, they also handled everything with care especially while navigating my large (and complex) apartment building. They showed up on time, communicated well, highly recommend!
We had a great experience with 24 Seven Moving. The team of three was professional, careful with our belongings, and worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. They were courteous, efficient, and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and organized. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the level of service we received. Everything arrived safely, and the crew handled our furniture with care from start to finish.
Logan and Gambaa are so quick and efficient at packing our things and moving them in and out! They hustled! Even on the long hallway walks! Definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help with moving. They were early to arrive and very kind and hardworking people. Thank you so so much for making our move a lot easier!
