In their own words
Comfy movers arrived on time, wrapped my larger items in blankets and plastic wrap. They charged extra to move the fridge onsite, and were talking tips before work was started. Most of my larger items moved have minor damage from transport, and they didn’t really try to get my couch into the new apartment. And made empty promises about bringing a replacement. Their quotes are cheaper than the rest due to the “large item” fee when they arrive. I would not use Comfy Movers again.
I was hoping for a smooth and well-coordinated move, but the experience was disappointing. The process lacked clear communication, and there were avoidable delays that made everything more complicated. Although the relocation was completed, the overall service felt unorganized and did not provide the level of professionalism I expected.
Their phone system does not have voicemail setup, and the phone is turned off. Their website is impossible to submit a request for a quote. Maybe they're great movers, but having a difficult time on the business front.

In their own words
Highly recommend! Comfy movers were amazing from start to finish! Super fast quote provided and from my research the pricing is more than fair. No charge for wrapping supplies- I loved this because other companies will charge you and it adds up quick. Next the movers are perfect , quick and respectful and kind! Our crew Alex and Alex arrived perfectly on time, packed us up and moved everything into our new apartment. I have nothing but great things to say about them, they hustled and moved the whole time.
I recently hired the services of this moving company for my move and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. They were professional, efficient, and careful with all of our belongings. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. We were impressed by their punctuality and great communication throughout. The three movers worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was handled with the utmost care and efficiency.
Oh my Goodness! This is the second time we have used them. They are prompt! They are efficient. They are very careful with our furniture. We had very large antique pieces that needed to go upstairs. Our stairs have a sharp corner, and they never touched any walls. We are so happy with them. Also incredibly fair pricing! I would highly recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of entrusting COMFY Moving with the task of relocating my two-bedroom apartment from Fullerton to Anaheim. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, I must commend the incredible efficiency of their team. Despite the challenges that moving often presents, they managed to complete the entire process within a remarkably quick six-hour timeframe.
