In their own words
Booked through a broker (huge mistake but another issue). Paperwork clearly says 916 are to bring and pack 10 boxes. I even confirmed this with them the day before when they called to confirm pickup time. They brought 0 boxes, 0 packing material. I had a few extra boxes, they were poorly packed by 916, also some stuff in plastic bags as I had no more boxes. I was *assured* they would repack these boxes properly when they got to the depot in Palm Springs and pack the stuff in bags into boxes.
This review is not for our company. There is a mistake. You must have us confused with another company. We only do local moving, we have never gone to Palm Springs, and we do not work with brokers. Please remove this review immediately.

So glad we decided to go with 916Movers (a local moving company) over the other corporate moving companies. They were very responsive, honest, and reliable. No hidden fees, which is hard to come by these days with moving companies. They showed up on time, were professional, and moved all our office equipment carefully quickly. Would highly recommend for any of your moving needs!!

These guys are great!! So happy someone recommended them to me! They are super professional, good value for price, hardworking and honest! They give you a fair quote up front and stick to it. They moved everything with care and courtesy. Every member of their team was very friendly and knew what they were doing. As a single woman, it is sometimes hard to know who to hire and trust with these sort of jobs. 100% would feel confident recommending 916 movers to my friends!

I had a great experience with 916movers. From my first phone call when I was making inquiries, Steve answered all my questions patiently and gave me a breakdown of what to expect in terms of both pricing and process. I selected the service that includes 4 movers and 2 trucks. (Later, mid-move, I had a clarification question for Steve and he took the time to call me and get it taken care of). On the morning of moving day, the movers arrived on time, and very politely each introduced themselves to me one by one.

These are the BEST MOVERS EVER!!! These guys showed up on time, and worked NON-STOP for almost 8 hours. They did not take a break. Their only break was from driving to the old house to the new residence. These guys worked like I've never seen anyone worked. They worked fast and they worked great as a group. We had 6 guys show up and they all were incredible! If I ever move again, I would only hire them! 916Movers were just outstanding! Nothing broke, they picked up the heaviest of items without flinching.
