The other Google reviews you see here are most likely fake, because their yelp reviews reflect the quality of service. We scheduled a quote for a commercial office move with Top Sacramento Moving Company, and they were no-shows at our agreed-upon time(s). Instead of meeting with a vendor today, I was met with disrespect and unprofessionalism when I attempted to call to find out when they actually could come by to take a look and provide a quote like we talked about.
I would rate this moving company a 0 if I could. I moved from a 1 bedroom 695 sq apartment to a 2 bedroom 1015. I was told for the move it would be $370. I had to pay $50 deposit. Well it ended up taking the movers 4 hours to move and bring my things to my new home. I informed the movers I still needed to go to another location to get my couch and kitchen set. I was told we can stop on the way to get my items since it wasn’t far from my new address. Well that didn’t happen.
Hello, I moved on Saturday and I was going to let things go but things keep getting worse. The kids who showed up did not use a single moving blanket, they shrink wrapped most items but not all. They put my kitchen table chairs and headboard in the truck with no protection. When I asked about it, the one with the accent said " do you want to put it in your car"?. Then the other one dropped a box out of the truck and pretended it didn't happen.
What’s the worst thing a moving company can do to a customer? How about ghost them on the day of the move, and disconnect their phone service so they can’t be contacted, and not put any relevant contact info on their website? Calling this a moving company is an insult to legitimate businesses.

My experience with Top Sacramento Moving was seriously amazing. Best movers EVER! From start to finish, they were moving superheroes! Chairman and Nicholas showed up right on time, all smiles and ready to navigate and tackle a tricky move. They were super friendly and made me calm, which is a big deal in the middle of a move. I also trusted them immediately. But let me tell you, these guys treated my belongings like they were priceless treasures.

I called several moving companies in the Elk Grove and Sacramento area to learn more about moving services and to get prices. After speaking with George from Top Sacramento Moving Company, he was the most professional out of all of them. He gave me all the cost upfront. Explained the process to me and was very clear. I just felt a good vibe from talking to him. I also received a customer quote number immediately through text message. Other companies did not do that.

I've used Top Sacramento Movers on 2 moves. First to move my 3 bedroom house to a 10x20 storage unit locally. The team expertly moved my belongings, including breaking down furniture and efficiently loaded and organized everything to fit in the storage space. The 2nd time was 4 months later, when I moved to my new home a few hours away. This time is was a different crew and that didn't matter. They knew exactly what to do to deliver all my belongings and rebuild everything without issue.
