Several items of jewelry (estimated total value of $10,500) were taken from my home during our move on December 9, 2024. The theft is currently under investigation by the Jupiter, FL Police Dept. Prior to filing a police report, we did reach out to the President of the company to make him aware of the situation. Upon investigation by the Jupiter Police Dept., it was discovered that one of the employees has several years of a history of taking items to local pawn shops.

Leigh, Hello, we believe this review may have been left in error. Our company, A1 Moving & Storage, is based in Jupiter, Florida, and we have no record of a client by the name of Leigh Bitz, nor any claims regarding damaged tiles.
Many boxes lost, a few teared apart, furniture broken. Fragile boxes upside down and under heavi boxes. Damage is done for $7000, but they compensating only $90. Do not use this service.
We do not have any record of this person as a client so this review must be a mistake for a company with a similar name. It is definitely not about our company here in Jupiter, Florida because this is not how we do business.

I had a great experience with this moving company! The Phil’s crew was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress-free. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Everyone was professional, helpful, and respectful from start to finish. I really appreciated how efficient they were without ever sacrificing the safety of my items. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company!

I have only used A-1 Moving for the last 15 years and they are outstanding. My most recent move proved it again when they were careful with everything, had terrific attitudes, worked really hard, and were very accommodating and helpful. I can’t recommend them more highly.

This is my third big move with this company. Katie is still at the helm with such professionalism- Nancy on the phone is so pleasant - the girl in billing is efficient and patient…and…Allan and his team showed up, right on time, and was so very respectful of my belongings. A normally stressful situation, was made very pleasant and stress free - thanks to this amazing team from Katie to Allan. My belongings are now in their very clean storage facility, awaiting its final destination.

From the initial house visit that provided a thorough and realistic quote for my move out/storage/move in, to the packing, storage and move into my new home….A-1 provided the best moving experience possible.
