TERRIBLE COMPANY. We paid this company 6 months in advance to do a job for us. Day comes and they have “no babysitter” for their child -unprofessional. So we changed the time to 3 hours later and he was having “car trouble” they never showed up and we had to make 3 trips 30 miles back and forth. I asked for our money back and they said they would mail it and they never did. I had to charge my card back 700$. Don’t use this company.
I do not recommend this company. We hired Croc Movers through Hire A Helper based on high reviews. However, our experience was consistent with the low reviews they have. The movers were scheduled to come between 9am-10am. When they did not show by 10:30am, I called the company. The owner answered and to his credit, he did acknowledge the error and worked to send movers. The movers arrived around 12:30pm. We had them scheduled for 2 hours, they moved as slowly as possible to add on time to charge us more.
Danger danger Awful company! I paid a deposit for services 3 weeks in advance and they never showed up the day of the moving even though their system sent me a reminder email the day before of the moving day. I tried to call several times and Francisco never answered the phone then he sent me a text message saying that he was in a park with no signal and that he could not do the moving on the day we agreed.
You continue to defame or because it does not say that I paid for an expired contract, which was rude and which is slandering false things and that your money was returned and you wanted to scam me saying that it was not your card and you … More
I would not recommend Crocs Movers. I hired two guys to move heavy furniture, I had to pay them up front before the day of the move by Zelle bank transfer. They were two hours late arriving and when moving furniture out, damaged two door …

The female that answers the phone is incredibly rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. She has zero customer service skills. If you want to be dealt with harshly and in a dismissive manner, this is the company to go with.
Their email said they would be at our house at 1. They never showed up. we call them at three and they said they were not available and were extremely rude. Not professional at all.
your contract was technically canceled you paid for an expired contract after 9 days passed that it was sent to you and his wife a rude person who tried to scam me when sub-money was returned to the same card

On April 29 I had furniture and other items moving to and from multiple locations Francisco of Crocmovers was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew went above and beyond. They are polite and treat everything as if it were theirs. I highly recommend Crocmovers and will use them again in the future if needed
