My son recently used this company and it was a nightmare that is still unresolved. BUYER BE VERY AWARE! The small print on their contract is what gets you, they double charged him after the move was over and are threatening him and harassing him with collections. It went from 1400.00 to 2800.00 not to mention broken tv and a computer monitor. Some small items are missing like air pods as well. He bought his 1st house and now he’s dealing with a company that rips people off. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Anthony, your son signed an hourly estimate and was not pleased with the final total and cussed out the entire staff after tipping the guys very well. He then threatened them and called the office to harass the office on multiple occasions. The invoice was sent to collections.
I chose this company based on their strong reviews, and up until moving day, I was very satisfied with the service. During the move, the front door to my apartment was damaged. I reported the incident immediately by phone and followed up with messages and photos. Everything was documented, and an employee named Cristal instructed me to send the repair receipt once I had it. After my move, I was in Europe for a couple of months.

VERY UNHAPPY so we used them the last time we moved there was no issues.. this time is much different and we have all our boxes which were labeled in completely different rooms, number one we have multiple broken items and I heard when it was dropped one of the things was a collectible Disney plate which we’ve had for 20 years, another item is a desk that was 200 dollars and when I spoke to there “ office manager” and she said I basically wouldn’t get anything… I’m very annoyed and will look elsewhere for our next…
The worst company in South Florida !!!! Stay away .... Talking to a sales Rep Chrsitian for almost three weeks, he decided to cancell the moving 4 days..I asked him to send him a deposit and said NO, never asked me to sign a document.. We used Brooks Moving and Hauling to deliver and set IT racks, on a very busy construction site. They handled this project beautifully.
