Came here at 10:00 AM to drop off some belongings while on a tight schedule. We drove 25 minutes only to find that the gate wouldn't open and nobody was in the front office. We tried calling multiple times and got no answer. There was no sign or notice anywhere saying they would be closed. We wasted time and gas and had to completely rearrange our plans. If the office is going to be closed or the gate won't be accessible, customers should at least be notified. Very frustrating experience.

The manager is so unorganized!!! Lost our whole year worth of payments. Have to bring proof from bank just to get my stuff. This is the 5th time. Other times they double charge for the month. Don't trust this place!!!!

If my Review makes a difference a help you in your researching renting from this storage facility I would definitely recommend this place out of all the rest. been running a 10x20 for approximately 3 years and I've another spacea bigger unit and even though it's a little pricey the staff the cleanliness the accommodations and use of access as well and above met all my needs I would definitely rent from here again and will continue to rent here as long as they don't go up on my prices anymore.
