Went to my storage unit today for some items and found rat poop in my things and some of my furniture has been chewed! Disgusting! Told the front desk and they said their insurance doesn’t cover damages. So annoying especially since I almost pay 200 for my unit! 👎🏼 …

Infested with RATS and when I reached out, I was told that they were dealing with the infestation for months and it’s just a recurring issue. We didn’t receive any form of communication about it and several of my boxes were bitten, with linens having new small urine stains. I talked to a visiting manager from their Moreno Valley location that confirmed they’ve been dealing with the issue for a while.

This is a great place to store your items if you are looking for a place where there does not seem to be clear communication on "policies" between the managers and their staff. Was promised that my "moving and storage experience [would] proceed as smoothly as possible" from right on their website. But it turned out being far more complex than necessary. Do not store your items here!

Able Storage is not helping us non essential workers that are lied off. If u cant pay ur storage payment Able Storagw will not assist you in anyway, they say it's there Corporate office You will accrue late fees, and so.e Pre-Liem fee $35, the late fee is $10 on top Of your monthly storage fee...
