I didn’t want to give a star but only way to leave a review. It was great before the ownership changed It’s still called A&A mini storage but with the new owners they added fees to existing rental agreements hoping that you wouldn’t notice when they sent mailed copies out. Can’t make over the phone payments without an additional $20 fee. But the website to make a payment it’s set up to accept credit card payments.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not helpful in any aspect couldn’t answer my questions when calling to inquire about the facility and she eventually hung up on me twice. Never again.
The lady that lives there is crazy. Something is very wrong with her. No one wants to deal with that crazy when getting stuff out of storage.

MY EXPERIENCE AS A NEW CUSTOMER WAS AWESOME. TAYLOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL WHEN SHOWING OFF THE DIFFERENT SIZES OF UNITS. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
