Terrible rodent problem. Made a modification to the roof over the unit rented by a family member. Many things destroyed. The company refuses to acknowledge the issue. We were their when the unit was rented. Had no sky light. Now it does. Damage occurred directly below location of new sky light. Family heirlooms ruined. Silly us to think a reputable business would actually take care of something we are paying them to do so.
It's a nice storage unit everything's been safe I've had my stuff there for 5 years now just don't like the managers at all they're rude and mean and nasty and not helpful they have then like that the whole time I rented from there can't find it when you need help they don't want to help anybody I've talked to a lot of people there they all agree just horrible managers
They stole stuff out of my storage. My old school classic swinn bicycles, my ps3 with a bunch of games, controllers, etc. My Nintendo 64 with a bunch of games, and a couple boxes of misc. Things. And I rented a space here for over 5 years. Find a better place! This place is alllll badddd!!!!
Had the storage for 2 & 1/2 years...had multiple leaks(which created black mold) and ruined 75% of my belonging. Had mattress covers on 2 sets beds and rats ate thru plastic and rat feces in & on everything. Very disappointing to now know …
They don't have good service, and they let any thief who comes in and does their dirty work and they're not responsible for anything; I think they're in cahoots with the thieves.

I have Been there for a long time one increase clean variety of sizes friendly staff only thing I dont care for is hours 7 to 7 coded Gate
I have been renting storage from them over 5 years and am very happy with there services! I have never had a problem in that time and customer service is excellent! Bridget in the office is really helpful with any questions or boxes or material I needed! Secured property with 24 hour surveillance is a plus for me! Place is the cleanest compared to other storage places I have rented from. I would recommend anyone that wants to safely store there belongings. The office is open everday, another plus!
We have had our storage unit here for almost 10 years and I have never had any issues and I also have 5 other family members that have there units there and also have had no problems. I would recommend this storage unit facility to everyone. Great customer service!
We had recently rented a storage unit from them for about 4 years and never had any issues or any problems occasionally we would have to put some pest traps in there
