The rating breakdown

Worked out from 34 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I would **NEVER** recommend Robert and Muscle Hauling & Moving. We requested a quote, provided photos, and Robert agreed to a price. However, upon arrival, he immediately tried to negotiate for more money, claiming the job was "bigger than expected." The reality? He was simply unprepared, showing up with inadequate equipment and only his girlfriend to help him. Despite this, I agreed to his increased quote to get the job done.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Robert and his team were amazing with my mother’s downsize and move. They arrived on time, did a quick walk thru to determine what went to her new home and what went to storage then immediately started to work. They worked quickly and carefully, protecting both the furniture and residence. The whole crew was personable and respectful and worked HARD. We couldn’t have done it without them, I highly recommend College Muscle for your next move. I’ll definitely use them if I move.
Quick response, reasonable price. I was on a time limit and this company helped me in sufficient time. Friendly and to the point.
Down to earth, committed to detail movers . Good communication and easy to schedule with.
Robert Casarez and his team at College Muscle Moving and Junk Haul have done a junk haul, brought a piano to my home, and each time I moved his team has loaded, unloaded my belongings, including putting my furniture in the preferred spot, mounting my TV to the wall, and installing wall shelving in my home office. His team is experienced and super strong. They have moved my piano and gun safe, those are very heavy. They are friendly, gentlemen, and eager to please.
