Disrespectful and broke many items, refused to reimburse. Moved kike 30 boxes with no furniture for $1k. Ridiculous attitude and threatens me. Just save your money and call some friends. He smokes a lot trying to get more money. I can't say one good thing about this service. I was in tears the entire time. Even broke an antique vase my grandmother handed down to me. The service is like going to purgitory. Or the 7th layer of hell. Just hire someone else.
They did a great job moving safes. We had scheduled a hot tub to be moved. Had all other contractors coordinated to make a smooth move. The day before the move was supposed to take place, the manager or owner said that he was going to check out the location and call back. We exchanged several calls and each one sounded like they did not want to move the hot tub. He kept saying you can make other arrangements and that’s ok. He kept saying that he needed equipment and more workers but he was working on it.
Luke agreed to charging a flat fee. Once the work was done, he then asked for $500. He became aggressive once we tried to understand why he is going against what was agreed upon. Long story short, we had to call the police as he became aggressive. Would not recommend based on our experience.

I'm Sorry Your Point Of View Offered You That Perspective. I Personally Went to the House & Gave an estimate for 2 Workers & 1 truck The owner instructed that a majority of the larger items in house would be donated & Picked Up by Goodwill & other organizations prior to the load date.
They weren’t able to load all of my belongings so I don’t have my $800 couches anymore and my table has a crack in the marble, my flat screen plasma tv also doesn’t work anymore. Horrible packing. Overpriced.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. From start to finish, Luke was professional, organized, and highly attentive to detail. Since my shipment was being prepared for international transport, extra care and planning were required, and they handled every aspect flawlessly. The crew carefully packed all of our belongings using high-quality materials and took the time to ensure fragile and valuable items were properly protected for the long journey.

I called yesterday for a quote, and not only did I get a reasonable quote, they were able to fit us in the next day. We told them we needed an hour of labor and that’s exactly the time it took to get us taken care of. Highly recommend!
