So this is for Joel you were very nice the first day we met I think it was unprofessional for you to take a call an have it so loud that I could hear your boss tell you everyone you work around is getting positive test results for covid an that you needed to take one as well secondly you gave me misleading info in regards to how the money being returned to my account works said it was instantly an this an that when really your just full of it lol then I call to try an get it figured out couldn't get a word in edge…
I came in to rent a 20' truck. I'd ordered a dolly they did not have one and he did blame somebody else, either way they did not let me know ahead of time. His computer was not working he stated it was Uhaul issue on their end. A lady came in and said that she'd had issues renting before and that they made her leave she said I'm not coming back later I need the truck.

This guy was a waste of time. Every time I called about my reservation he had excuses and a very “CAN’T do attitude”. I ended up calling one town over and that place was much more accommodating. AND somehow the rate for the truck was $200 cheaper (checked prices the same day). I’m willing to drive 10 minutes more to pickup a truck from people who are willing to actually help me out. This guy wasnt Even trying to help us have a good rental experience. Don’t waste your time.

Did everything online for a 9am pickup arrived at 907 and had to wait 50 minutes to get the key. I choose contact less for a reason so me going inside isn't contact less. You have 2 guys inside one should be filling the boxes with keys. Things could have been done more efficiently.

We had an amazing experience with acorn mini storage for our moving needs from Florida to Iowa. A big shout out to joel, Kaitlyn, and Gary! Those three were nothing short of amazing in addressing all of our needs regarding a cross country move. Highly recommend this Business and their staff!!!!!

Kaitlyn, was very helpful. But some people are just rude. Everyone should expect delays when there's only one or two employees, you know? We use this place if we have any uhaul or storage needs.

This was the best place to rent a uhaul. The staff is friedly, profesional and on point. It was a smooth process and the vehicles are brand new. I recommend this store.
