One of the movers harassed me during the move multiple times, saying highly inappropriate comments towards me. Very Overpriced for a local move. Damaged furniture and a wall during move without care for which we had to hire a professional to fix. I was solicited for tip later in the day by phone calls. Very unprofessional and never had to deal with such harassment from a moving company before.
Pensa Moving And Storage were referred to me. I should have stuck with the movers I had in the past. I had stored my Ethan Allen furniture previously without a marks or scratches with other movers. Pensa is the worst moving and storage in the industry. My furniture is all scratched. They had to have it so tightly stored that my furniture is all scratched up. Tops, side, fronts of multiple pieces. Also some kind of dark marks that cannot be polished out. They are by far the worst!
Please call our office as we have no record of your move and this were the case, A Pensa would have been notified and resolved this!!! We have reported this review and please remove. Louis A Pensa [phone removed] MONTHS HAVE PASSED … More
Horrible experience...some very inappropriate crew members...like what belongs to others!...Mr Pensa non responsive to the problem...1 star is too much.

Lou Pensa is a gentleman. His team are friendly and very responsive. I can tell you that I have moved at least twice with A. Pensa Movers since 1991, and can tell you that they moved our home belongings and furniture without an issue. I can say that their tradition over some 100 years spanning the generations is no surprise due to the courtesy and delivery of moving services accommodating our needs is the reason for their success. 100% recommendation!! Professional, friendly, and hard working crew made our move easier than expected. We moved our home AND office all in one day. They handled our furniture and files with the same care. Prior to move date, Lou came to visit twice to make sure his quote was correct due to the large nature of our move. No "hidden" fees or costs were placed on the final bill. In fact, Lou took off a few bucks since he only needed 7 men instead of 8 for the move which is always a pleasant surprise.
