USRelocation’s wasn’t the best as I expected, they applied me $440 discount which was never added. I trusted Andy , Alex and Omer with my moving but now I know I shouldn’t have trusted such brokers like this. Very bad experience. And of course I never got my money back from them. Thanks Roni
Very dissatisfied. Showed up 3.5 hours late, worked 2 hours and still charged me $700!!!!! Didn't wrap any item, very unprofessional..... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!! …
DO NOT HIRE!!! Damage is extensive and they now immediately put me on hold and will not pick back up when I call. Shameful! We are filing a lawsuit This moving company has stopped responding to me. They ignore my calls or they tell me that people are on medical leave and can’t help me. I’ve not been able to receive any type of response at all now for several months. I’m gonna have to take this to court , and will absolutely see that through. I will keep this review updated as we progress through that situation.
Sunil and Chris Herald quoted us for move from Ct to Az. Pick up by Golden Logistics LLC May 23. Contract for delivery in Az by 6/15 or 16th. Golden logistics failed to honor this with U S relocation. U S relocation then gave it to R and D moving in storage. I was instructed by U S Relocation to pay Oscar from R and D final payment of $2356 via Cash App when truck arrived. Told them I would pay when unloaded and Chris would not agree to that. Driver arrived 6/24 about 8pm Arizona time.
I am writing this post to help other customers. I did a long distance move last week with this company. Mike Andrews is my sales person and this process went very smooth because he promised me that all my furniture will fit based on the inventory they collected and the pictures of every room with furniture in it. The move was very traumatic, painful and hurtful because movers stressed me out very much with their constant whining that they are tired and i have lot of stuff etc. etc.
Hired them to move our household belongings from Rhode Island to Florida. The initial step seemed to work fine. They are a broker and they hired Cima for that portion of the trip. After that it gets sketchy. Did not receive our goods in Florida for 27 days when it should have taken no more than 16. Our stuff arrived with a lot of our things either broken or not there at all. Four weeks later and no one is taking responsibility and totally ignoring me. I have filed a complaint with BBB as well.
Worst moving company ever, Stay away from them. Lots of items have been damaged and some are missing. They don’t give a rats ass if you contact them about damaged or missing items and refer you to the claims department right away. They also …
