I am writing this to share my experience and warn future customers about how this company handles damages and accountability. I hired A Perfect Mover to handle my move into a brand-new home. Three days before the move, brand-new carpeting was installed. During the move, their team caused visible damage to multiple carpeted areas, which I brought to their attention immediately. The owner, Shawn, acknowledged it and asked me to send carpet cleaning information so they could cover the cost.

Book with caution. Response time was great but initial quote was grossly in accurate. They have an extensive quoting process that involves a video walk-through through your whole home. So we were shocked to find that there was not enough room for all our things on the truck as well as we had to hire for another day. They also didn’t have the proper box needed to move our tv. The movers themselves were very courteous and respectful. Management and up that we spoke to were not as respectful.

I never wrote a negative comments for any business ever in my life, however, the service I've received from this moving company(A Perfect Mover) was HORRIBLE!!! and force me to write about what this moving company all about. I've made a reservation for moving that's on the 28th of June, 2021 and their original cost was $189 an hr. for 3 crews but I requested for $170 and they granted, which was nice of them. However, when I received an estimated quote few days ago, they calculated based on $189 an hr.

I've used this service twice. The first time was great. Two really nice, professional guys who knew how to hussle! They even laid down a carpet barrier because of the rain. Very nice touch. The price was good for what I got, so I was pleased. Fast forward about 8 months. Needed to move again, so called these guys. The price was higher, even with a returning customer discount. I figured it would be ok as long as the service was the same. I'm here to say it was NOT the same.

Spoke with this company a day before for a quote. Was given a quote and a day that my request could be done. the item I was moving was 9minutes. away from their location. Called several times on the day to have the request execute but was told the person I spoke with was not available. left messages but never received a callback. I called again to see what's going on but was given the same excuse so I showed my frustration and left another message requesting a callback.
