Update after owner response: I want to clarify a few things in response to the owner’s reply. Yes, Lupe showed me TVs on OfferUp while we were discussing the damage. He also offered additional money himself. I declined because, at no point during that conversation, was I told Lupe was an owner, co-owner, or co-founder of the company. My understanding was that he was an employee trying to help, and I did not feel comfortable taking personal money from him or having him personally buy me a replacement TV.

AmericaM takes every customer cornern into mind. Whenever there is an problem we do our best to resolve it as fairly as we can. Yes we quoted you 3 hours however all quotes are based on an estimate as explained on estimate sheet.
Americam movers came in and loaded our stuff... But when out stuff arrived several things where broken 1 tv was broken, a antique table had broken legs, a old bench had broken legs, refer had dents etc
We are so terribly sorry to hear about the damages to your belongings justin. AmericaM Movers is totaly committed to making this right by you. All we need is for you to file a claims process with us, so we can get these items repaired or replaced if we are responsible.

In their own words
Kimo, Vadeem, and Jason were FANTASTIC! They were so polite, efficient, and even finished early. Thanks to them, the cost ended up being significantly less than I had planned for. And they never complained when I changed my mind about what needed to go or stay. 😆 We will absolutely use their services again, and highly recommend them! *ETA: Called them again for junk removal. Lupe, Will, and their crew member (I'm so sorry, I forgot your name!) greeted my ten-year-old and I both with handshakes and smiles.
I found AmericaM Movers through the Better Business Bureau. We were moving from the east coast and didn't have enough local contacts to find good movers to help us unload our moving truck. AmericaM's team definitely lived up to the A+ rating! They had excellent communication in the weeks leading up, were prompt the day of the move, and were excellent with unloading the truck! We will definitely be hiring them again when our pods arrive!!
Kimo, Malik, and Ozzy were efficient and careful with my move. I highly recommend! They had no trouble moving my house and a workshop full of heavy machinery.
Been using these guys for the past few years for all my moves and ill continue to hire them. Camano and his crew are always friendly, professional, ans super quick to get you moved out and in to your new place. Like i said, I will continue to call these guys for every move because they treat your stuff right.
