First, the young men that moved me were wonderful but the scheduling and supervisor were another story. My movers were 5 1/2 hours late because of poor scheduling and miscommunication. The agreement was they would take some of my stuff to storage. They were so late storage unit was closed so they put all of that stuff on my front yard. The next day. I called to see when they could come and take it to my storage. They informed me that would be another $300.

I called these guys with a 1-day notice of a short in-town move for a 1-bedroom apartment, requiring 4 hours of work including transport, and they were able to accommodate me with a 2-man crew of Stan and Nazar. They were awesome--kept in communication in the hours leading up to the scheduled showtime, showed up right on time and ready to work, had all necessary equipment (shoulder straps for my massive wardrobe chest), busted their butts to move my stuff quickly, and were extremely friendly and polite.

Highly professional, punctual, and reliable team from start to finish. They handled all our furniture with extreme care, wrapping everything securely so nothing was damaged. They even used their remaining time to help us pack and accurately reassembled everything at our new place. The entire move was fast, stress-free, and exactly aligned with the original price quote. I highly recommend their moving services and will absolutely use them again!

Moving is stressful enough on its own, so when an unexpected issue caused a delay early in the morning, I was genuinely impressed by how Stacy handled it. She was transparent, communicated clearly, and moved quickly to source a replacement mover without leaving me in the dark.
