I was told they would be there at 10am, they didn’t show until 10:45. We had furniture broken and missing items. Told the owner about the broken furniture and he said he would talk to the guys, never heard back from them. For how much they charge you’d think they’d be better. I won’t use them again at all!

In all honestly I wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve always treated other people’s belongings better than my own as I am in the real estate industry and constantly am in other peoples homes but unfortunately not everyone does the same. I had scheduled them to move my dads garage contents as we had previously moved the house with another company who was unavailable the week we needed. The workers moving things were good the management and owner is where the issues were.

DON'T DO IT. They unloaded my UHaul yesterday and I will never work with this company again. I regret not heeding the warning of other comments. I warned them to be careful about new paint in my house and found a HUGE scratch when they left. The work was sloppy and I felt like they were being bothered by taking things up the stairs or through the back entrance, so even when they put stuff in the wrong room I didn't ask them to relocate it.
Wish I could give zero stars. Why should they be allowed one star when an hour past time for them to show the owner calls to tell me THEY ARE CANCELLING. Labor day weekend on a Saturday afternoon and we had to find another company asap and be done by Sunday!! His excuse was his truck driver had heat exhaustion. If this is even a true story, number one why wouldn't his workers be taking care of themselves?

In all honestly I wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve always treated other people’s belongings better than my own but unfortunately not everyone does the same. I was away for work and told my niece to hire these people but boy, was I wrong. I spent $700 ( yes, $700 dollars in cash) for movers, just to come home to a storage unit that had a bookcase on top of my Christmas dining table set and God only knows what else is broken. The bookcase is on boxes that are above my height, and I’m 5’4.

After getting several quotes I went with A1 to not only support local, but because I was impressed by the fact that you deal with the owner directly. I was told that this was a seasoned crew of 3, and should be able to move our partially furnished 1700sqft home with packing in or around 7-8 hrs. I'll admit, we made the mistake of leaving them on their own, but only because I trusted the reviews, Steve, and the lead. I know better than to blindly trust but I did it anyways.

We recently hired A1 Absolute Movers to help us move all of our belongings out of our 2-bedroom third floor apartment into our 22' Penske truck. Trenton, Robert, and Jude did an absolutely spectacular job! We packed up and prepped everything ourselves so we can’t speak to that aspect of the business, but they did end up cling wrapping our large dresser with speed and ease. Their professionalism, timeliness, and efficiency were greatly appreciated, especially since we were working with a strict time schedule.

These guys are great. Ive made several cross country moves and I have a trucking company drop a trailer off and pay movers to load it. The 3 guys showed up on schedule and were professional. We loaded a 4 bedroom house into a 28 ft trailer and they seemed to use the space as efficiently as possible. I would definitely use them again if it weren't for me moving out of state.

Very professional and the guys went above and beyond with their customer service. They also didn’t fool around with the time many times in passing they were literally running up and down the ramp to hurry up and get to the next item. I would recommend them to anyone. Also when I was worried about tracking my budget they were able to keep me updated on where the price was at hourly so that I had peace of mind that I didn’t go over. But regardless they got everything I needed done completed in a timely manner.
