The rating breakdown
0 of the 34 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for ABC Kortsch Moving & Storage Co., Inc. are one or two star.
Worked out from 34 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The ABC kortch team did a phenomenal job even during unexpected circumstances. I was not able tk access my storage locker at the schedule time due to the virtual key systems being down at the Storage Mart in bay view (they get 0 stars) and they were still able to accommodate me same day. The team also was able to stop and my home address and move my very thin 65 inch TV.
Thank you for the fantastic review, Tom! We're glad we could help you navigate the unexpected storage locker hiccup. That won't happen here with our phenomenal analog system if you ever need storage in the future.
Great experience start to finish. Charles was able to accommodate us on short notice, and offered a fair upfront quote. The moving crew William, Elias, and Demetrius are professional and they took care while moving our belongings. They worked hard and efficiently to complete the move on time, even though it was a 3rd story. 100% reccomended.
Hey Aaron, I'm glad we were able to fit you in! Those three flights would definitely have been a lot to tackle alone. Thank you for your stellar review! I'm going to be putting this up on our wall of fame for the guys and it will not go unnoticed!
We hired ABC Kortsch to move the furniture out of our second story prior to new carpet installation and could not be happier with their work. Communication was clear and easy. The time and cost estimates were accurate. Our movers, Will and Demetrius, were experts who took great care with our furniture and explained what they were doing along the way. It started raining while they were moving the items into a storage pod and they noticed a leak in the pod.
Hi Stacey, I'm thrilled to hear you had a good moving experience! I guess it's a blessing in disguise that it rained during the load-in otherwise that might not have been caught for the days following! I'm going to print this out for our wall of fame and prizes for Will and Demetrius.
I can't say enough good things about this company. I'm a designer in Minneapolis who utilized them for a job an hour away from their warehouse. Everything that came in damaged was documented with pictures so we could shoot it to claims and get a new one out ASAP. They were just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. The delivery guys busted their rumps with masks and all on a 90 degree day to make it happen, and were completely patient with me.
