I hired an Allied Mover in Minnesota to deliver furniture from my mother's home. ABC in Boston handled the local delivery on Cape Cod. Several pieces of furniture, which had been crated for shipment, were damaged by someone who carelessly uncrated the furniture with a crowbar leaving obvious gouge marks on dressers and tables. Worse yet, Allied has done NOTHING about this two weeks after I submitted a claim.
Hi Winifred! While I'm sorry your mother's items were damaged, you've left this review for the wrong ABC. We are a commercial union moving company and do not handle residential moves. Our website is http://abcmoving.biz/home/ … More
Extremely unprofessional drivers. There seems to be a lack of professional training in this company. My detailed description would cause the action of an employee to lose their job. Instead I hope this organization will better train their drivers to be professional. It was extremely pathetic how this driver acted. Please be aware before booking.
I was so hopeful about our experience. The guy who came out to quote us seemed great, pricing was good. It took much more back and forth to schedule pick up than expected, but whatever that's no big deal. My parents' stuff showed up 3 days early, before we even landed in our new state. The driver was in a huff but they technically didn't even own their home here yet so.... tough cookies? My family's stuff, on the other hand, showed up 6 days late. We called, emailed, texted. Nothing.
Hi Molly - I'm sorry you had a bad experience with ABC Allied, but this company page is not the ABC that did work for you. Would you mind removing your review and placing it on the correct company page? We are ABC Moving Services, a commercial union moving company.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
ABC Moving Services was professional and responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend ABC for office and lab moves. They are experts with moving large lab equipment; having the necessary apparatus and expertise to safely get the job done efficiently.
Can’t say enough about the team at ABC Moving Services, Inc. They coordinated the move for my office from one Boston high-rise to another and every aspect was seamless... The staff is professional, super helpful and incredibly accommodating... and always took that extra step. Highly recommend!
Professional team of commercial mover handled the moving and storage of some of my company's furniture and other office items. They were quick, helpful, and super responsive!
Professional staff - followed proto and were anything but stingy. I'm home here now but you bet I'm comin back up in May. 10/10 will hire again
