I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. In my 20 years in the transportation industry, I have never encountered a towing company that operates with such a blatant lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic accountability. What should have been a straightforward tow turned into a prolonged and deeply frustrating ordeal.
I’m gonna start this off with the fact that everyone there is incredibly unprofessional from one business to another. If you were going to charge something you should have a valid receipt for it not a receipt that does not match the charges at hand if you cannot provide the convenience fee Your third-party charges That is your problem not mine. I called interstate towing. I did not call interstate towing and their third-party.
Scam. I did not request the service from this company. When they arrive they did not identify themselves. Wanted to tow my car on dollies even when that is not recommended by the car manufacturer. They did not provide a promptly estimated for the “ towing “ waited 10 minutes for the estimate never got it. However they did provide the “ the release fee” almost immediately I had to pay them 205 plus 8 dollars “ convenience fee” to just to release my car. Long story short apparently this scam happening on i90.
$1400 to remove, 24 hours or less after the tow, is inhumane. Do better as humans. Y'all are a disappointment doing this to your community. I am grateful to be fortunate enough to have the means to remove my vehicle, but so many less fortunate are being preyed upon by this.
They would not release my stolen and recovered vehicle unless I took my other vehicle off the lot. The very polite young lady told me that I should park somewhere down the street and walk back. Nearly 60 years old - disabled veteran - on a …
No idea how these guys get so many glowing reviews. Charged me 44 miles for a 7 mile ride, then wouldn't drop the car until they got paid. So theft and extortion in an emergency situation. Stay classy. These guys show up, get another crew.
Bad customer service had me waiting for nearly an hr and half for me to get my things out of my vehicle. And when I asked about it they gave me an attitude. Never had this type experience before
