The rating breakdown
1 of the 20 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Premium Q Moving and Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 20 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Somerville
1.4 percentage points higher than the middle of the 4 movers in Somerville we can publish a rate for.

1 star — Avoid this company, save yourself the stress. I booked a 12-4 slot and they arrived exhausted at 7:30pm, finished 11:30pm. They severely overbook. I booked a 12–4 PM window and was ready at noon. They texted saying they’d be there 2–4, then to 5–6, I call frustrated that they might not be arriving till 6 and I’m just told “this happens”, too bad basically. 6 comes and goes - CRICKETS.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Such a pleasure using Premium Q! They were on time, professional, and efficient. They even got our couch up the stairs and into our office, something we did not think was possible. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving in the area! 10 out of 10!
Courtney, thank you for the wonderful review! We’re glad our team could make the move smooth and even handle the tough items like your couch. It means a lot that you’d use us again and recommend us to others. We truly appreciate it!
I had a great moving experience with premium Q! They moved my one bedroom from Peabody to Woburn on 3/30/24. They were not only fast and efficient, but very careful with my items. They wrapped my couch, and put my mattress in a safe plastic bag. They moved everything in about 2.5 hours! It was very quick, and the 2 men were constantly moving. They were very hard working! Also it was super affordable! I called around to plenty of moving companies, and got insane quotes.
I just moved this past weekend and had a great experience with Premium Q Moving. The week before my move someone came out to my house and made sure the phone estimate was accurate and that we still needed 2 trucks and 6 guys (we did). The day before the move Adrian came out with 2 other guys and they prepped the entire house (took apart the beds, wrapped all the furniture and art, and helped me to pack the final few boxes).
I worked with these guys twice and both times I was very pleased with their speed and professionalism. Their rates were very competitive and Victor and Josh were very always available to answer questions. The movers came on time and moved everything quicker than expected. The movers were also very professional and great to work with, especially when there were small changes to packing and moving. Highly recommend the Medford branch!
Huy, thank you for the great review! We’re happy to hear you had a positive experience both times and that our team was responsive, professional, and efficient. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Victor and Josh. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
