Keeping it Real... The two major factors based on my experiences short-lived here was: (1.) Front desk ladies low energy & enthusiasm on assisting me, particularly with this awful lock 🔐 opening, closing & trying to get it well aligned. The list gets longer. (2.) Entering & exiting the gates felt uncomfortable: scratched the paint off my vehicle & when exiting the premises, we're luckly if that gate that looks like a tall NYC craine doesn’t cone crashibg on top of our vehicle.

Unprofessional attitude towards their customers. As well as greedy. I was told by a worker named Concetta ,that i would have to pay for a full month rate. Due to me going over on my last due date. I even gave them the heads up that I was …

Worst place ever they tell u one price and then next month your bill is totally different there's no restrooms in the facility not even a trash can no cameras in the halls only at the entrance

They need to get rid of them digital locks. They are terrible and don’t work. Would like to see them go to regular locks. Good prices on the good hand.

Staff is awesome!!! New locking system isn't so good. You need to do it with the app now to lock and unlock. Problem is it doesn't always work. Took me 10 minutes to leave one day because the app wasn't locking it. That is my only complaint otherwise great place to store. Again, this staff is extremely helpful and professional.
