In their own words
They gave a quote for the move which is by hours. They purposely delayed by taking breaks, taking longer route and increased the hours. The actual cost went up by 50%. The main guy who's the driver then started demanding exorbitant tip which we were forced to pay. Please do NOT use them! ** Reply to owners reply - This is not a fake review, Michael! I know you guys very well. In fact just to prove this is not fake, let me mention a part of your truck number - X63L**
This fake information. Nice move inc happy provide everyday professional moving service to everyone in NJ and NY. Thank You very much.[phone removed]
They will quote you an attractive price and then stall to charge for extra time. Took them 2 hrs to move a dining table, 2 couches, and 5 cabinets at the pick up location! I have moved plenty times and this is the slowest movers I've experienced. There was no sense of urgency. The foreman was smoking and watching YouTube videos in the car for most of the time. If he stopped his video watching it was to tell the workers to stop doing what they were working on and do something else, adding to inefficiency.
“Scheduled a move with [Nice Move] on 5/31/25. They arrived, started the job, but before completing it, the workers got into a loud argument with each other and left the move unfinished. They even disassembled my furniture and left it that way. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.”
Only requested a quote ($450 for 2.5 hours), but they were not helpful or accommodating at all. Their website says no job is too big or small, but they are not willing to adjust their price for a smaller job. On customer service only with such a rude encounter, I would not recommend.
I called for an estimate for a forthcoming move. When I called, not only was the man who answered rude, but he kept cutting me off and I never did get to learn of any of their prices. I really would’ve liked to use their service. Too bad. How are is it to be nice over the phone?
Sorry, but so many people call to us and we happy talk with every persons. We pick up the phone 24 hrs.But we dont know ho is this people.MR OR MS.no any appointment, no kontract .MAYBE SOME ONE called another company or PLAYING A GAME WITH … More
Unbelievable - I have everything packed and not a lot of furniture in a 4 bed house and trying to move to a new house 3 minutes drive away. I estimated 4 hours with the 4 men and a truck. They heard 4 hours and hung up on me. Great way to run a business.
Horrible customer service, owner Michael is stuck is in Soviet Union mobster ways and really doesn’t know how to handle customers, every day different price and a different story stay away as he says himself there’s 400 registered companies don’t use me
Saw a high star rating and gave it a shot. Big mistake! Promised a price and it was nearly doubled when the job was done. 2 men showed up to do the job of 4, ran way too long, almost 5 hrs for them to move a 1 bedroom apartment only 650 sq …
thank you
