We rented a medium unit for the past 5 months (our last month being November) and when we went to retrieve our things and move into our new home, we discovered an obscene amount of mouse feces and urine over EVERYTHING!! Another Mickey Mouse Operation and this one just blew my mind, called yesterday reserved a unit as I’m moving from waterloo and these guys give my unit that’s reserved to someone else, I say ok I’ll deal with another company and these guys call me back today and say sorry for yesterday only to repeat the same conversation telling me that they don’t have any units for me.

Such a disgusting place. Absolutely filthy and the employee failed to give me a receipt and a new tracking number. Then when I called she was completely rude from the start and angrily explained there's nothing she could do about it when it was her fault to begin with. They dont take partial payments, which really kind of screwed me over. And if you get behind on payments and they lock you out of your unit, they cut off your lock and put their own on - even though there are 2 spots to put locks. I also find the staff to be a little rude.

We needed some temporary storage so dropped into Access Storage. What a great experience. Crystal took time to give us a tour of the facility and before we knew it we were signed up and ready to go.
