We needed a house cleaned for pre-sale. It was totally empty, needed walls washed, fixtures cleaned etc...the usual sprucing up prior to selling. When I called to inquire the Owner confirmed his company could do the jobs I needed. A guy and a girl showed up 20 minutes late. Told them what we needed and it was agreed, and we left. Came back an 90 minutes later to check progress: 1 hallway wall washed and 3 cupboard drawers wiped. The guy is standing in the driveway drinking a coffee!
They say they are LGBT friendly but that is a lie. Two of their employees, driving the company car, just felt the need to intimidate me at Tim Hortons because I'm trans.

The guys were professional, friendly and quick. Called them last minute to move furniture out. No problem. Was quickly accommodated. Pricing was straightforward, uncomplicated and fair. Would not hesitate to call James Property Solutions again. Definitely recommend.

We used James Property Solutions' services when we were emptying my mother's house in Forest after she moved to a retirement home. We were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this company .Jamie's guys showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently,. They were polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with .Plus, his prices are super reasonable -- way less than what you would pay to one of the big name brand companies in this industry.
