What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Michelle is absolutely wonderful; she is kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and is great with communicating and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend Best Storage hands down, if you want a unit that is secure, safe, convenient, and cost effective this is the place for you!
Best storage, is a very nice, clean and safe drive-up storage facility. The staff has been quite friendly and accommodating thus far. The only reason I cannot give them a 5star review, is due to the fact that, they do not provide an option for 24hour access. If they were to implement that somehow, they would definitely merit a 5star review. Either way, i do recommend.
I had an amazing experience with Best Storage! The facility is clean, and secure. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Michelle was friendly, helpful and welcoming! I would definitely get storage here again! Highly recommend Best Storage, especially if you get to work with Michelle!
I've only used a few storage facilities before but these folks definitely live up to their name. It's the best storage facility I've used . It is clean, easy to use, and very well run. Prices are on par with others but the customer service is great. Fully recommend.
