In their own words
Our experience with ACE was subpar. We had an estimator come to our home twice to do an estimate which took considerable time. During his estimates he claimed he was always within a couple percent of his estimate. We decided to use the company and sign a binding contract and began doing a purge for the move to save on costs.
We just relocated from San Antonio, TX to St Louis, Mo. This is our 4th relocation in the last 8 years. So far this is the worst packing we have ever had, everything was just thrown into boxes... the art pieces we had were not even wrapped in cushion pad. A lot of things broken and so far... nothing makes sense in the boxes... like there is a box that says kitchen... but you find toys just thrown in there together with home decor.

The men who performed our move were very professional, friendly, and overall conscientious. However, we learned after the move that MANY items from one room were packed in boxes from other rooms and other levels of the house that did not go together. This method of packing continues to cause us much frustration and distress. They moved us into our new home over two weeks ago, and several items remain that we still cannot locate due to the haphazard way they packed our items.
Would give zero stars if I could. Military move, left all the boxes, nothing built back together. For PCS moves, moving company is supposed build the beds, desk’s, furniture. Lost parts boxes with parts for beds, TVs, furniture. Owner said 100 percent chance they will be back the next day. Never showed and left all their empty boxes they are supposed to take with them. Customer service is also zero help. Stay far away from this company. Terrible show of support and wanting to help a military family.
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Ace and absolutely do not recommend them. They happily take your money for insurance, but will not pay out if anything goes awry. I have spoken with two different, unhelpful and …
Be careful if you have stuff transferred through this company they would not be a company I would ever use. After my product was not functioning this is the email they sent …

In their own words
We moved quite a few times and was doing it with Atlas 3 times. It had always been great experiences, BUT Roger had made it the best moving experience ever. He went above and beyond to make sure we have a very smooth move and comfortable. He made sure our house were well protected from floor to wall to door frames. He prepared the bed for us ahead of time so we dont have to sleep on air mattresses. He is extremely professional, on time, and very efficient. He even made sure our little daughter was happy.
Thank you so much for your rave review, Lee! We are delighted to hear that Roger went above and beyond to ensure you had a great moving experience and went the extra mile to ensure you were comfortable in your new home. Thank you for trusting us with your move and enjoy your new home!
This was the second time that we used Ace Relocation to move our office. Brent's outstanding communication made this move efficient and smooth from the beginning. His team on the day of the move worked very hard and never stopped until everything was unloading and set up the way we wanted it.
Thank you Valerie! Tell Mark and the rest of the IEA's team we were happy to move you guys to your new space in Elgin. Take Care!
Brent and his crew has been amazing. I just wanted to thank your team for the excellent job they did with my move. The movers were professional, on time, and very careful with my belongings. They worked quickly, stayed positive, and made the process so much easier for me. Please pass along my gratitude to the crew—I will definitely recommend your services to others.
Thank you Bina! You were a pleasure to work with. Good luck & safe travels!
This is the second time using Ace Relocation and we had a fantastic experience both times. Great drivers, helpful, courteous and reliable. We worked with Natasha and Brett at the corporate level and Raymond was our driver this time. Would recommend them to anyone. 5 star company for sure.
Thank you for your kind words, Shannon! We are pleased to hear our team members (Natasha, Brett and Raymond) provided top-notch service and were reliable, courteous and helpful. Thank you for trusting Ace Relocation with your move!
