The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Everything was pretty easy to rent a storage unit. Being I was completely stressed out with my move and having to obtain a storage unit, I was expecting the office staff (3 men) to be a little more friendly. I think I might have been to hyper and chatty. But they were not rude in any matter, just not very lively.
Hi, S. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Great service by a very informed and warm staff at Acorn 2 Self Storage this past weekend! I was provided very thorough information about the facility and benefits of storing with Acorn and the generous rates. Also, I was given a great tour, and my storage rental process was quick and super smooth!
Hi, Al. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
Had a really great experience here when i transferred from a horrible experience with another local storage facility. They made me feel welcome and made it super easy for me to transfer. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I should of chosen this chosen this place in the first place and saved a-lot of headache! The ONLY thing i didn’t like was that the units are very warm during summer heat. Still HIGHLY recommended! Thank you everyone!!!
Hi, Sylvia. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Great service and super clean facility! I have been at Acorn Storage for 5 years. They keep my property safe with regular checks on locks and always contact me at any sign of potential issues. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Customer service is top notch!
Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
