What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I’ve been with TownCentre Self Storage for over a year. My experience here has been good and I would recommend this place. I haven't had good experience with previous storage facilities and I came into this place skeptical. But TownCentre Self Storage has been one of my better experiences. I started off with a 5x5' storage unit. Quickly outgrew it. I upgraded sizes several time without any issues. One thing I really hate what storage facilities do is the constant price increases.

I had a unit here for a couple of year and loved it! The service was amazing, management was always very helpful and super friendly. Will definitely rent here again!
Hi Allison, We thank you for your years of loyalty and your 5-star review. Our team strives to offer the best customer service possible while also providing a clean facility. We're sorry to see you go but hope that you have a great day!
We are very happy with TownCentre Self Storage. The storage areas, both inside and out, are always clean. We say no indication of rodents or bugs. The office staff is efficient and easy to work with. Although we no longer have a need for a storage unit, we would go back to TownCentre if needed.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Cindy! We're glad your experience with our facility delivered on expectations and we always strive to provide great customer service, so we love hearing our staff is on top of things.
