In their own words
They showed up the first day with only two men when I requested and planned to pay for three. They left and came back the next day 2 hrs. Late. They broke a peice of furniture. I moved into a home I had painted and they put many dents and holes in multiple rooms as well as soiled every wall in all rooms in the house. I am missing boxes. I am disgusted and do not recommend this company AT ALL!!!!
Rafael and his workers came on the day of moving with a small truck that was not enough to move everything even though we discussed that a large truck was needed. Rafael also changed the date that he was going to come and came late by 3 hours on the day that he was expected to come. Initially said that he was charge $90 per hour and then when he came the second day demanded $120. Also him and his workers damaged our walls when moving things. I would not recommend that you use his service.
This company is unreliable. We scheduled this company about a week out. At the time they were suppose to be at the house they called us to tell us they couldn’t get a Uhaul for the move but could get one for tomorrow instead. I wasn’t aware when we booked with them they didn’t even have their own truck... we thankfully were able to find another company to go with for our move.
The company is really really really crooked. They will get your stuff loaded and then change the price. Send what are some very dirty looking workers then look at you like you will pay the price we say. BE WARE SERIOUSLY. I would have pulled a gun if they didnt know where I lived. Very scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Homeowner beware!! They will quote you one price and try to increase the price after they have already started the job. They will leave without finishing and demand more money to finish. They agreed to pay half back since they only did half …
Not even a one star Schedule move and gave deposit Not only they didn't even show up but I'm still waiting on my deposit. It's been over 6 weeks??

Even though the head guy, Raphael told me they had a 70 foot truck, they showed up with a 20 footer. Both guys were extremely professional, beyond courteous and worked as fast as possible even when helping disconnect my washing machine. They worked extremely hard and were pretty affordable at $100/hour. Would definitely use them again and recommend them
Five star service. I had a last minute job for an oversized piece, and after phoning around not only were they able to help but it was at the best price in all of Ypsi! They showed up on time, were courteous and extremely professional. I would recommend them for any move, both big and small.
A mix-up on their end meant my Saturday move turned into a Sunday move. Once they arrived on Sunday they were great though. Good price for the service, but I recommend a reminder email a few days before your move.
Action Movers and Services effortlessly moved our hot tub forty miles to its new home without any problems with 24 hours notice! Action Movers is responsive, friendly and economical. Highly recommend.
