This facility from the outside looked so nice! I was so excited to come in and rent a unit. Unfortunately as soon as i stepped into the office my whole perception of the place changed. It was a ZOO!! There was a half naked child standing on the counter!!! No shirt or pants! No one seemed to care either. Upon walking up to the counter a nice young girl greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very pleasant, but the whole situation was just really strange.
The experience was not pleasant due to particular staff. The location is clean and looks great however a broken door/electronic opening mechanism is broken and seems to be a normal issue here. Knowing this, the attendant allowed me to waste time trying to enter without informing me of said door then brushing it off as if I was supposed to know not to try that door. Great solution would be to fix the door creating a fire safe acces in/out to that corner of the building OR get rid or informative staff.
This locations service went down over the year.My father in law is unhappy with the facility. My second cousin was also assaulted at this location.
I'm sorry to hear about the this. We would love if you or your family members would contact our office to further discuss this issue.
