In their own words
I used this company to move my grandmothers piano, she needed it moved from upstairs to the downstairs of her house in clear lake TX. We were skeptical about hiring action piano services because the few negative things I have heard about them but thought "hey accidents happen" and maybe i Would give them a chance. WORST mistake I've ever made!!!
We have no record of ever doing a move for you. There is no report of any damages to any moves we have done in the past 6 months. This is slander. Research shows that you work with a competitors moving company Dakota Logan. This has been reported to the court and to the BBB.
I used action piano for our recent move two weeks ago. I was busy on a work call while the guys loaded our piano during the load up I had my wallet sitting on our counter. One of their movers stole cash from my wallet. He didn’t know we had a camera. I confronted the movers about it and they gave me the run around and demanded payment before the move was completely. Very disappointed with action piano. Call someone else these people aren’t trustworthy.
Research shows that we have NEVER done a move for you and that you are directly related to Dakota Logan a moving competitor. This has been reported to the court as well as the BBB. We have direct documentation to prove that this is a direct attack on our company and has been reported.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I wouldn't trust any other company with my piano. Not only do the insure the piano for the replacement cost they transport it completely wrapped and protected! The crew was quick, efficient and professional the whole time. It was amazing to watch.

Action Piano Services moved our grand piano today and did an excellent job! They were prompt, friendly, respectful and thoroughly careful with our piano. We will definitely call them again for any piano services that we need. They’re the best!
Thank you for using our services. We look forward to working with you should you need your piano moved again.
After a year of interviewing companies for a turn of century C. Bechstein full restoration, settle on action piano for the project. It was immediately clear Ron, and Linda were at the top of their game for the internals from our initial at home meeting, and they did not disappoint. I did have reservations as to the case work. Piano having both sun, termite damage, and a desire to see it restored in high gloss Owner Mary and company had their work cut out. Robie is certainly on point in his craft.
Our staff enjoyed returning your piano to its former beauty. Not only did your piano turn out beautiful, it sounds amazing. Thank you for choosing our company and staff to service your piano.
