Great moving company unless you discover a problem after the move. Then not so great. No apology or concern for the items broken or the plumbing issue I encountered after the move. I didn't even receive a return phone call. I do not feel comfortable recommending this company.
Great job. Movers were knowledgeable, came on time and did a solid job moving my apartment furniture. I was not completely satisfied with Jonah service but they got the job done!
Hi there, thanks so much for your review and for highlighting that our movers arrived on time, were knowledgeable, and got the job done. We’re glad to hear that part went well! That said, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t completely satisfied with the overall service.
Driver of truck number 212339 almost killed us pulled out across two lanes and he was laughing through his window...avoid this company they are a joke.
Hi! Thank you so much for your comment. I am sorry we weren't able to respond due to an address change and verification by Google Maps. Your review really troubled us and we were determined to get to the bottom of it.
Too expensive. $150 per hour for 2 people and a trip fee for a 4 mile move. With a minimum time of 2-1/2 hours. Edited at owner’s request.
Hi J, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I believe there may be some confusion, as the pricing and policies mentioned do not match our rates or services. For a 2-person crew, we charge a maximum of $150/hour, which covers both movers ($75 per mover per hour), and our minimum time requirement is…

These guys are the best movers I’ve ever used, and I’ve moved a lot. The communication leading up to the move was concise. I used their packing and moving services. On the day of my move, 3 gentleman showed up right at the quoted time and promptly got to work. Within the first ten minutes I was astonished at what they’d accomplished. All three were very polite. They were so efficient and careful with all my items.
Anytime, Kristen! Thank you for the amazing review and we're happy the move went great! -JM Team
We used Jonah's Movers on September 23 and 24. Over the years we have moved a lot, both relocation and personal. In all our moves Jonah's was the smoothest move we ever had. It started with a virtual walk through with Aaron. Aaron took the time to listen to our needs and what we were trying to accomplish. He sent over a quote and was true to that quote. There were no surprises with the final bill. The four movers were Devora, Andy, Junior, and Travis.
Nancy, this means a lot. We’re lucky to have folks like Aaron, Devora, Andy, Junior, and Travis on the team. We're so glad your move was stress-free and seamless!
I contacted Jonah last November for a quote to move everything out of our 3 bedroom house and he was very prompt in getting back to me. We set up a time for him to view our house and to give us an estimate on the cost of the move. Jonah provided us with a very reasonable quote and not once did he blow up my inbox with email blasts or pressures to hire him as our mover. We ended up walking away from the house that we were intending to move into and again, Jonah kept a polite distance.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Juan and Suriel from Jonah’s Mover in Tomball, and I can confidently say they exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and care were top-notch. Both Juan and Suriel arrived on time, fully prepared, and handled everything with great attention to detail. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, ensuring that everything was packed and transported safely.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Juan and Suriel made your move such a smooth and stress-free experience. Thanks again for choosing Jonah’s Movers!
