Advanced Apartment Movers

HORRIBLE! I’ve moved plenty of times and NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE. Will Never use them again! Arrived over an hr late. Dragged they feet at first apartment one bedroom apartment took 3 1/2 hrs to load because they were taking their time. The absolute slowest movers ever. I think this was strategic because there’s NO way this move should have been almost 5 hrs.ALSO, got upset because they were going over budget after they were late and moving slow and threatened to keep my furniture if I didn’t have the rest of…

Where can I started? Before booking with them, I told them I will have my furniture broken down for them to cut down the time, thinking it will help...IT DIDN’T!!!! The man acted as if he couldn’t unhook the washer, which I told him two times they can just leave it and I will be responsible for it. Taking him longer. I saw them take their sweet time. They took two hours just to load up from my old apartment.

Wish I could put negative stars. Wanted to moved my company from a home office. Got quoted $119 an hour and 30 fuel charge (or so) and promised to be here early afternoon on a weekend. They didn't call Saturday (first red flag according to other reviews), I called and Wayne confirmed. Confirmed in am that 1-2pm is the approximate time frame. Called at 2, Wayne said they are still working on the first property but should be finished soon. Called at 3, no answer.

Horrible!!!!First of all, I was told that I needed three movers that it would be less money if I did it that way and I asked for a quote for the price and I was given one that was half if what I paid. The day of the mice they were over 30 minutes late. There was no phone call or anything letting me know so I was waiting around.

DO NOT USE ADVANCE MOVERS!!!! I moved from a storage unit I had a bed and a sectional a few boxes and a basket of clothes. The movers did not even know how to assembly my bed! I was not told the price of the move but after was hit with an almost 700 dollar tab. It Took the movers almost 4 hours to complete the job (3 man crew) mind you it only took them 30 minutes to move the items out of storage but took them an additional 3hrs to move it and assembly into my place.

First time I got them was great they were fast took them 2 hours including the drive was awesome , then we got them again and it was aweful took the guys 4 hours to move everything that fit in a 9 by 10 storage because they were taking smoke breaks every 20mins and The fact that we had to pay for them to take smoke breaks is not okay don’t have workers like that they didn’t not care about anything and then calling the owner to see if we can at least get an hour or so back for what we paid because we obviously…

Very upset ! Scheduled them to move me today at 9am and they never showed up . They called me last night to confirm and advise they would be a lil late like 10:30 , 10:30 came around so I called and they said they were still late so between 11am/12pm . We expressed how inconvenient this was and we waisted our time they weren’t concerned. They told my husband they would call him right back to let them know where they were and never received a call back .

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Can I rate this company 0 stars? Booked for 9am on a Saturday, the lady in office calls last minute the day before to say "oh we double booked, but it's a small move so they'll be there at 11am." We wait, until 3 pm, no communication about delays, and when we called Wayne for an update, he started forwarding our calls to voice-mail. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Use Pinpoint movers, they never failed us!
