This company apparently has no respect for the neighborhood that it said cares about. Constructing a three-story cement wall blocking our neighborhoods sunrise and sundown and making it look like a catastrophe. Absolutely disrespectful and greed driven. And now they have construction workers yelling and swearing on their property all day that Echoes throughout our community lots of fun

I was called while away camping saying you have 15 days to find a new place. I was told we are building a new storage building. They made sure they got the months rent before they told me. They knew well in advance they would be building. I would not use their services. I only used a few days of storage but they couldn't let us know. No consideration for their customers. By the way I found a new location for 50$. A savings of 110.$.
Was dropping things off late in the evening, the It’s Suppose to be open till 10:00pm but their clocks are off by a few minutes because we made it to the gate at 9:58 but still got locked in, had to call the company and then wait for …
sorry this happened to you Amber. We advise our customers to be off the premises by 9:45 just to be on the safe side, for this very reason.

We are so impressed with Advanced Self Storage! They were VERY competitively priced and Dennis was so kind and helpful signing us up - he stayed past closing time to accommodate us. The facility is state of the art, clean and bright. They even provide a sheltered area for loading and unloading and you can use their carts!

Amazing, if you need storage go here. Definitely, highly recommend! The late fees are not bad either. Staff are friendly and kind, and rates are reflective on contract terms, no hidden bs. Can't say anything I dislike about this company. Keep up the great work.
