They ask for a tip when the job isn’t finished. They leave your stuff on the road and they’re slow. They hit a friend’s truck because they wanted to leave and even took some of our possessions. Overpriced and unprofessional. One guy couldn’t even speak English.

I’m unimpressed by the billing of my move. When I called to book I mentioned the quantity of items that needed to be moved. A two bedroom apartment moving to a townhouse. The first truck to show up was CLEARLY too small. The lead mover asked if I would agree to a second truck and an extra 2 movers. He didn’t say that I would be paying more for this. One more truck and one more mover showed up. The move out took 3.5 hours. The crew took a break at 6:30 and they didn’t arrive at the move in location until after 8pm.

I called at 5:40 pm to get a quote. Told them I'd call back immediately, called back 5 minutes later. Kept getting a busy signal. Then called back at 6:01pm and got the message that the offices were now closed. Whoever is working the phones is actively trying to lose business.
