Everything was relatively well until they decided to replace the door and without my consent moved all my well stored stuff around and threw it all In a pile afterwards causing damage and left everything dirty and covered in construction dust....Brutal!! And then they respond to my review with lies and instead of apologizing they say that we did not clear 1 foot in front of the door ! Liars!!

Truly one of the worst experiences dealing with a customer service representative. Mary was hostile, combative and straight up rude. She came across with zero thoughtfulness for others and how's she made us feel, she behaved with malice towards my husband and I. This place is a gong show and she's the ring leader of this scam. Stay away!

I was in email starting at 9:45 a.m. with a worker name Dave. Throughout our emails he asked if I would like the 8x20 to be put on hold for me for 24 hours(at 11:50). At 12:30 I emailed and said "I for sure WANTED it" (and was able to come in, in 3 hrs after work to pay for it)... At 3:30 I recieve a call from Dave telling me that they just gave the 8x20 unit to someone else. I said why would you do that when you knew I was going to take it and told you 3hrs ago.

I just received a call from Advance giving me 15 days to find a different place for my camper. I received this call as I am camping for 2 weeks and not able to look for a new site. Clearly Advanced doesn't care about their customers!

They were so helpful, patient at explaining every step and answered all our questions. It was my first time ever renting a storage unit and every step was explained. We were driven around, shown a few unit sizes we were interested in so we could visualize how everything would fit. This helped alot because the one I originally thought would'nt have been the right one. Thankyou so much for taking the time.
