we had a situation where we moved and had to go out of town just a day after. we were very clear about this when we booked our move. we came back from our trip to find our couch broken as well as a $3k TV - total of over $6k. we reached out to file a claim but they told us the insurance was inly valid for 7 days (the 7 days we were out of town and unable to unpack). they knew we would be out of town and still pushed us to get insurance that would apparently be invalid - major scam.
Sam, we do apologize for the insurance issue. We tried to make a claim on your behalf but it was denied as your claim was sent 2 weeks after the move and they are strict on the reporting time frame.
Arrived almost an hour late. Very slow - Stopped them from packing TV as was not worth the time as move was based on an hourly basis & I am retired on a fixed income. Each wrap took 20-30 min. - very pokey. I am elderly & this was the worst moving experience I have had. When booking office staff was great but complaint to Operations Mgr. went on deaf ears. I guess customer svc. is not important to this co. nor a poor review probably does not matter.
Hi Ms. Hladko, I’m sorry the guys got stuck in traffic today prior to your move. I’m not sure how the guys were slow? We actually got your move done faster than anticipated and the final bill was far lower than the estimate (which is always the goal).

We needed help loading a truck for a move from Florida to Maryland. Jesus and Rey worked hard for 4 hours to pack and load the truck. They were very respectful of our property and took time to ensure everything was safely packed. Everything made it back without a scratch. Jesus and Rey really knew what they were doing.
