Furniture was not inspected and assembled properly and efficiently. Furniture was damaged by Florida's Decorators Warehouse & Delivery throughout the assembly and delivery process. This company is unwilling to pay and/or compensate customers for damages incurred under their watch. This company has charged customer credit card WITHOUT customer consent. Customer service and customer satisfaction is NOT found within this company's services.
Owner changes terms of signed contract, No customer service - Movers were late, Owner was nasty and changed the terms without notice, The actual guys that did the work were very professional and nice. This was my first experience with Florida’s Decorators Warehousing and delivery. We had short notice to receive a container and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Jocelyn in the office crew were fantastic to deal with and great communication. When It came time to install the project. The delivery went smoothly and quickly.
