First, the positives. The 4 man crew who handled our move were excellent. They handled our belongings with care while wrapping items, moving items onto the truck, unloading and finally unpacking and setting up all the furniture. The crew was polite and professional. Now the negative. We had agreed on a flat rate, which I was told was something they do not normally do. However, they did agree to a flat rate and they based that flat rate on the job taking 8 - 10 hours.
