Julian has lied so many times that I'm filing charges in a few minutes. From his texts to me, its nothing but lie's and stonewalling. He won't provide any the info needed for me to delay charges. Let's review this: He bid, was allowed to bid, on moving jobs despite allowing his insurance to lapse. He hired a "longtime friend" with a history of substance abuse problems.
The worst moving experience ever -- very poor quality, inexperienced. The movers smelled like marijuana; they were incredibly slow (to which I started helping because it was an hourly rate); inappropriate engaging and ogling a female at the "move from" site; despite repeatedly telling them which items went to storage vs. remain they completely jumbled it up; they forgot an entire room and I had to run down the alley to stop them; they destroyed a leather chair.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They stole my deceased fathers items, I’ve already had to file a police report. I attempted to talk to the owner about it as was told to “forget about my items” and that “it’s my word against his.” When I explained that I would have to take legal action the owner hung up on me. I proceeded to call later and explain that it was my deceased fathers items and it was very sentimental. He told me he had it, then corrected “if” he had it he would check.
I am scheduled to move tomorrow, & I just called to confirm my appointment. The guy informed me that he is out of state, has no crews, & was going to start calling his appointments for the rest of the week TODAY! Seriously??? He acted as if no big deal because "there's nothing I can do about it." * Unprofessional * Poor Attitude / Work Ethic * Disappointment

Moving is one of the most stressful events in life, ranking close to weddings and funerals. We booked 3 weeks in advance with this company hoping that the good reviews and ratings they previously had would lessen the stress. Even after confirming 3 days ago that our move was still on, EIGHT MINUTES BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED MOVE, THE OWNER CALLED US AND CANCELLED. 3pm, on a Friday, have to be out of our home by midnight.

The owner tries but has failed miserably. Claims to be bonded and insured, but after causing $4000 worth of damage, refuses to provide any current information. The information on insurance that we did get told us the insurance lapsed several years ago. The company will still not respond to emails.
Don't hire these guys. Scheduled a move a month in advance. Called the day before the scheduled move to confirm and they said yes. Nobody arrived at the scheduled time the next day. Gave them 1 more and hour and called--answering machine. …
I am really sorry Bert. This year has gave me some challenging months with issues of finding quality laborer. When I cancel jobs it affects my company tremendously. I try to avoid them like the plague. When I finally decide to cancel jobs I have exercised almost every option.
We made a reservation with All About You Moving with Moving Help dot com and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. After driving ;760 miles we had to unload a truck ourselves. No words to describe how uncool this was.

We relocated from the Finger Lakes area in NY to Greeley, Co and needed moving help to unload our stuff from a 53’ trailer. Julian and his team can through in style. They were professionals, on time, courteous, responsive, fast, careful, and kind. Their prices are reasonable and considering the amount of stuff we have, a bargain. I highly recommend them for your move. I know I’ll be calling them when it’s time for us to move into our forever home.
The gentlemen showed up on time. We did a quick walk through of the house and explained our situation that that landlord sold the house we were renting and we had less than 2 weeks to move out, apologizing for the for the organization. Julian and Damian quickly got to work and followed our instructions to the “T” making sure to separate the furniture for storage and the furniture for the new apartment . Guy number 3 showed up, he was very good and nice but I never got his name.

Julian and Everette were Amazingly Awesome. They had to fit us in since our move-in date was not set until the Friday before our Monday move. He saved us a lot of trouble. He kept in contact with me but was not pushy. He had to change our time and we had to change how long. Things happen. They made us feel at ease and handled our things with care. These guys were incredibly professional and helpful. After dealing with an awful moving company that wanted to charge me $1000 to shuttle my things from their big truck to my apartment complex, these guys were a breath of fresh air. With only 1 day notice, they picked up my things from a parking lot from the bad moving company. I will 100% be using All About You Moving next time I have to move and I highly recommend them!
