My storage unit was broken into. I got a call from the manager 2 weeks after I moved my stuff into a unit that I had no lock on my door. Knowing I absolutely had put one on. So for 2 weeks no one noticed no lock? Because the manager wouldn’t tell me when the units were compromised. Business reports 24 hour surveillance and security and cameras. 2 cameras point at my units door. My unit was ransacked and had many of my things stolen. Manager got smart with me when questioning the security of the facility.

Price was supposed to be $80, the second month it was 105 and the third month it was 180. They told me I signed up and got a 2 month promotion and that’s why it was initially $80 but i was never aware of this. I feel I was very mis lead with the pricing as I would have never got the storage unit if I knew it would end up being $180. Staff was not understanding and very unpleasant. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere this was the worst storage unit experience I have ever had

WARNING do not use this place.I rented for 6 yrs. with no problem until new management took over and within a year they literally have taken everything of value.I witnessed with my own eyes the male manager on a golf cart watching as his employee went though someones unit.Again 6 yrs. no problem till new management,you decide.They would have taken my vehicle if it was not so noticeable. 0 stars
