I'd give them a zero if I could. They are an absolutely horrible company do not use them. They sent warehouse employees, not movers, took twice as long as they said they would and I paid double the estimate, they did damage to my property with no compensation. The managers are completely incompetent and unprofessional.

This was how they had moved our furnitures from upstairs to the basement. They were paid by the hours, and completely rushed through it. The manager had to have the workers come back to put my dresser right side up on the concrete garage, and also unstack the mess that they did. Needless to say, there were extensive damages to the furnitures, and walls that cost thousands of dollars.

The movers dropped furniture, broke furniture, marked walls, gouged woodwork, ruined material.....we submitted a claim and were denied.....a rep was on site and knew first hand what happened

I would rate lower if possible. Business severely underestimated my move resulting in my having to pay nearly 50% over quote for a job only complete two-thirds of the way. I had to call twice into the office to gain any attention for crew who was consistently stopping work to play on their phone and watch videos. Movers allowed unauthorized trepasser onto my property who stayed for 20 minutes. I took this to BBB and company lied about what work was completed.

The day before unload we were told we would need to pay $500 a day for the days the items were on the truck (despite being within the unload period on the contract). The packers left a lot of things unpacked. We requested and paid for a grandfather box but were told by the truck drive that no such thing exist any longer. We ended up missing a couple items after unloading

Paid a great deal of money to have them store our furniture for 6 months. They LOST an 8' couch, broke items, lost (stole) tools and refused to take responsibility for damaged chairs. Paid a pittance for our items after months of us asking for resolution. STAY AWAY! How do you lose a couch??
