I was wrestling with whether or not I was going to leave any review, but I'm just gonna leave this here. A few days ago I was looking for a moving quote. All Points Movers, gave me a quote of $120 an hour. It sounded like a good deal to me, so I went for it. I was given a window of 2-4. The day comes, and so does 2pm. Then 3pm. Then 4:30 pm.
My Mother and Father used this service, we moved to hadley Mass, First they showed up late and smelt like Marijuana, The crew Leader was always making sure we were happy and things went smoothly but his crew did not seem to listen to him. One of the workers dropped our $2000 kitchen table because he was not listening to the directions that the crew leader gave to him. We always use Bert hill movers but they weren't available at the date we needed.

The mover Jordan was a no show. He confirmed three times and did not show up at the time we agreed on. When I called him, he said he had to pick up another mover and proceeded to tell me he's an hour away so he will have to charge me the travel fee. This is after we already agreed on the price. When I brought up the issue to the owner, Lindsay, he wanted sympathy from me rather than offering a solution or compensation.

When you give an estimate over the phone you do your best, however, if your not told of the extended walk at delivery, the job will take longer. When asked if the guys were slow the answer was no, the guys worked hard, as they always do.... The extended walk added two hrs to your job.

Poorly staffed, poorly planned and poorly executed with minor damage from banging into walls and corners. An attempt at reconciliation for these deficiencies resulted in argument and justification. Suggest you look elsewhere.
Wow, I'm supposed to respond to this ...a quote comes to mind, "I won't start telling the truth about you, if you stop telling lies about us...or perhaps, if I don't have anything nice to say...I should bite my tongue. Dan that hurts.

Called with my questions and concerns they were all answered and very professional after some research they are the most reasonable priced found and owner was very nice and helpful. Will be updating soon after service is complete but so far customer service experience has been great! Update: My move was completed with ease the guys were very professional and so helpful they knew what they were doing and did it professionally. They took down both bedroom sets and built them back up with no issues.
